Parag Engineering offers maintenance service anywhere in India for Parag Make Vacuum Pump.
We also provide maintenance kits for routing maintenance of oil seal rotary high vacuum pump.
A normal oil seal vacuum pump maintenance kit will include ,
1) Oil Seal for Head
2) Oil Seal for End Cover
3) Gasket Packing for Head
4) O-rings for Exhaust Plate
5) Blade kit ( Graded CI casting grind blade with Spring and Pin )
6) Oil Level Indicator
7) Optional : Regulator
8) Optional : Non Return Valve
9) Optional : Auto Release Solenoid Valve
10) Optional : Vacuum Needle Guage
If pump is subject to caustic or water or corrosive vapors , it is highly recommended to do complete pump repair instead of spare change.
Complete Vacuum Pump includes not only spare part change , but regrinding and testing of internal part of pumps such as Inter body, Rotor and Center Plate. Such service ensure performance of vacuum pump for prolonged time.
